Advocate for a national strategy on brain injuries amongst stakeholders and parliamentarians. Promote awareness with Parliamentarians about Brain injury, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), and concussions amongst youth athletes, military personnel, Veterans and first responders and victims of domestic violence.

Updates relating to the provision of mental health treatment for current and future CAF veterans accessing supports via Veterans Affairs Canada. Seeking funding to provide treatment services to support the health and wellbeing of Canada's military veterans. The source of the government funding has yet to be determined.

Telecommunications Act, in respect to the Telecommunications policy review and electricity support structures and spectrum management as they may be applicable to the advent of a smart grid. Strategic Innovation Fund, in respect to the application process, the scope of the fund, and Net Zero Accelerator. Statutory Review of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999), including but not limited to GHG regulations under CEPA 1999 such as the proposed Carbon Dioxide from Natural Gas-Fired Electricity Regulations, and the proposed amendment to the Reduction of Carbon Dioxide Emissions from Coal-Fired Electricity Production Regulations. Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) - We are seeking to support Beyond Visual Line of Site (BVLOS) operations for RPAS in Canada for our members. RPAS are a cost-effective and safe way of examining linear features like transmission lines. Private Career Colleges are not eligible to have students apply for Post Graduate Worker Permits. The NACC would like to see this changed as it believes their students are being disadvantaged and discriminated against. To do this there must be a directive from the ministerial level that will allow for post graduate students to make application for the worker permits.
