Provide views for a policy decision by Finance Canada to allow access to the federal investment tax credit fro carbon capture, utilization and storage projects in Quebec. Provide Finance Canada insights on opportunity to issue a directive to allow access to flow-through share programs for carbon capture and storage projects; including, but not limited to, direct air capture, ocean capture, in situ injection, and mineralization.
