Provide input on the federal Financial Sector Legislative Review, including sharing perspectives on the digitalization of money Engage with government to share our experience with registered savings accounts (including the FHSA) Engage with government to ensure Retail Payments Activities Act Regulations reflect existing requirements for prudentially regulated financial institutions including those regulated at the provincial or territorial level. Engage with government support the implementation of open banking, payments modernization and the real time rail with a focus on benefits for individual Canadians and small businesses Bill C-27, Digital Charter Implementation Act as it relates to data portability, privacy and enabling consumer benefits of open banking
