Engage in discussions regarding the evolution of privacy laws and regulations that impact marketing practices. Our aim is to contribute to the development of policies that effectively protect consumers while supporting innovation and economic growth in Canada's marketing sector. Competition Act: Discussions with government to ensure competition law and enforcement (with regards to deceptive marketing, misleading advertising provisions, and new measures related to competition in the digital economy) serves marketers and consumers.
