Input on climate change and greenhouse gas policy, strategies and their impacts on the agriculture industry. Implementing a national water monitoring program that supports the environmental safety of plan protection products. Encouraging health/safety/environment approval framework for Plants with Novel Traits and plant breeding innovations that support innovation. Canadian Food Inspection Act legislation and regulation as it relates to agriculture production and trade. Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) with respect to policy and regulations for pest control products. Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) as it relates to policy and regulations on plastics. Broadband: Expedite and support efforts to bring affordable, reliable high-speed internet and mobile coverage to rural and remote communities.
