Government procurement, with respect to general policies to procure and use non-fossil clean fuels across government fleets. Fuel tax, with respect to design and application of fuel excise taxes on transportation fuels. Canadian Environmental Protection Act, with respect to guidance and implementation of the new Clean Fuel Regulations.

Policies, legislation and regulations relating to the availability, production and protection of domestic biofuels in Canada. Consultations and discussions with government officials regarding procurement policies for liquid transportation fuels, including the increased use of biofuels by the Government of Canada and federal Crown corporations. Consultations and discussions with government officials regarding federal funding programs and initiatives to promote the availability of domestically produced biofuels in Canada and internationally. All matters related to the Clean Fuel Regulations (CFR) as they relate to biofuels and to ensuring a level playing field between imported and domestically produced biofuels.
