Heartland would like to engage on the Pan Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change, particularly including sections 2, 3.1, 4.5, 5.1 and 5.5, and Policy Annex I and II. Heartland would like to engage Environment Canada and Climate Change on Output-Based Pricing System (OBPS), under the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act, focusing on "a regulatory trading system for industry". Heartland would also like to engage on Output-based Pricing System Regulations under this act. Heartland Generation would like to engage the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) and other relevant departments and agencies regarding the Government of Canada's "Hydrogen Strategy for Canada" document.
