The Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO) wishes to ensure that active members of the Canadian Armed Forces have access to massage therapy benefits. RMTAO is requesting that the Minister of National Defence direct the Department of National Defence to add massage therapy services to the list of healthcare benefits available to active members of the Canadian Armed Forces, The Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO) wishes to ensure that active members of the Canadian Armed Forces have access to massage therapy benefits. RMTAO is requesting that the Minister of National Defence direct the Department of National Defence to add massage therapy services to the list of healthcare benefits available to active members of the Canadian Armed Forces, HST Exemption: Amendment of the Excise Tax Act: Registered Massage Therapists in at least five jurisdictions in Canada seek HST exemption as registered health practitioners. I am assisting the Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario (RMTAO) in working with government to enact policy, regulatory and legislative changes required to achieve an HST exemption.
