SPRA will demonstrate the value of Parks and Recreation as it contributes to quality of life in Saskatchewan. SPRA will seek partnerships and increased investment in programming and infrastructure that will build toward increased access to parks and recreation where health and well being are prioritized.

Communicating with government officials, in general, about policies and programs supporting the development and optimization of Canadian natural gas production, including technological advancements and regulatory frameworks. Communicating with government officials about regulations established under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, including SOR/2018-66 ("Regulations Respecting Reduction in the Release of Methane and Certain Volatile Organic Compounds") and SOR/2022-140 ("Clean Fuel Regulations"). Communicating with government officials, in general, about the exportation of Canadian natural gas to global markets. Communicating with government officials about the potential deployment of compressed natural gas (CNG) technology in the transportation sector. Communicating with government officials about the Emissions Reduction Plan, more specifically the proposed cap on greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs) from the oil and gas industry. Communicating with government officials about collaboration between the Government of Canada and Tourmaline Oil Corp. on the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs), including methane emissions. Communicating with government officials about reductions in methane emissions, including federal methane regulations and provincial equivalency agreements.
