Application is being made to the Supply Managed Processing Investment Fund administered by AAFC to adapt to market changes resulting from the implementation of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA).

Support to Elite Dairy Inc. in its application being made to the Supply Managed Processing Investment Fund to: • increase automation and/or improving productivity in our facility: • Purchase and installation of integrated software, readers and monitoring devices will track and support production in real-time • Replacement of scales with automated systems • Purchase of a new production equipment to deliver sustainable safety and quality as well as less hands-on work • Improve environmental sustainability: • Equipment to reduce water and energy consumption (e.g., new high efficiency, certified boiler and steam system)
