Nuclear Safety, Environmental & Liability Frameworks: Legislation and regulations governing the safety, licensing, operation and environmental oversight of nuclear facilities, including the Canadian Nuclear Safety and Control Act, the Nuclear Liability and Compensation Act, the Fisheries Act, the Species at Risk Act, and associated regulations. International Trade & Nuclear Exports: Trade, export and international cooperation policies affecting Canadian nuclear technologies, services and fuels, including export financing, international agreements and strategic trade alignment.
