Amendments to the to the definition of “adjusted taxable income” in subsection 18.2(1) of the Income Tax Act (ITA), to provide an add-back of amounts deducted under the matchable expenditure rules in subsection 18.2 ITA to make the definition more consistent with the accounting treatment of matchable expenditures.
