The corporation's activities include front-end engineering and design (FEED) work, capital project planning, and the pursuit of industrial capacity in the Québec region, in support of a Canadian-controlled supply chain for defence energetics and related materials. TPI engages with federal and provincial government departments, agencies, and Crown corporations on matters relating to defence procurement, industrial and regional economic development, and Canadian sovereign manufacturing capacity.
