Montrose Industries

Montrose Industries Ltd. is an owner, developer and manager of industrial warehouse buildings and other lands which may be affected by a recent BC Supreme Court decision Cowichan Tribes v. Canada (Attorney General), 2025 BCSC 1490. The object of the lobbying is to convince the government of Canada to respond to that BCSC decision in such a way that protects the company from any resulting losses, costs or other negative impacts.

Montrose Industries Ltd. is involved in the ownership, development, and management of industrial and commercial properties. The subject matter of the lobbying relates to federal policy considerations and potential government responses to recent judicial and regulatory developments that may affect land use, infrastructure, and investment conditions.
