A range of project specific interactions aimed at accelerating the low carbon building sector, including strategies to increase the use of low carbon building materials, supporting building electrification and clean grid expansion, climate-smart and affordable housing expansion, climate-focused building code development, mass timber, building retrofit and net zero building finance innovation strategies. CSBA will be leading a range of initiatives in these sectors using industry funds. Government departments may collaborate in these projects as well, but the primary goal of interactions will be knowledge sharing and scaling.
