Lobbying activities will focus on the eligibility, design, and application of these mechanisms as they relate to advancing domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity, supporting commercialization of Canadian-developed AI inference technologies, and enabling adoption of ultra-low-power edge AI chips in federal priority areas such as defence, public safety, clean technology, and digital infrastructure.
